Welcome to Hadron!

For those who are not already familiar, this is a website for alumni of Quark, BYU's Sci-fi and Fantasy club. The website was set up to give a place for the growing population of Quark members (now Quark Alumni) to gather after they have moved on from BYU and are no longer able to attend Quark meetings and activities regularly. Whether you've graduated, transferred schools, or for whatever reason aren't able to take direct part in Quark at BYU anymore, Hadron is for you.

If you've been unable to log in to the site recently due to a session error, I think I've fixed it for now with a work around. It looks like a bug in the core forum code we're using, and I will hopefully be able to get a more permanent solution in place.

Edit: I think I've figured out the more permanent fix now, so we should be good into the future.

Installed an automatic image resizing mod for the forum. Should make it so it downsizes (hopefully not upsizes...) images to fit the screen if you post them. This should keep you from having to worry about making the image the right size for everyone who might be viewing it. For an example, see this post: http://hadron.neromir.net/index.php?topic=220.msg4393#msg4393

The post contains a link to the image original (which is 1920x1200), as well as embeds the image with the img tags. The mod should resize the embedded image to the viewer's screen size, so it fits into the normal forum post size.

Let me know if you have any problems with it.

Additionally, I'm not sure if I ever stated this somewhere persistent, but if you have a particular feature or some functionality that you think would be useful or would like to have on the site, let me know and I'll see what I can do.
